Hideez Enterprise Server – Reserved status

The Reserved status can only be accessed from the Ready status.

Hideez Key switches to the Reserved status when the key is assigned to the user. You can set a hardware vault to the employee in 2 ways:

• Assign Hideez Key to an existing user;

• When creating a user manually, add the Hideez Key to one of the steps of the wizard.

Also, at this moment, the system generates an activation code - a 6-digit number. The administrator can send an activation code from the system to the user's e-mail or transmit to the user by any communication channel outside the system. As soon as the activation procedure is completed, the activation code will be removed from the system.

If the activation is unsuccessful, the device is blocked and goes into the Locked status.
