After exporting the SAML 2.0 metadata from Oracle Access Manager (OAM), you must create a corresponding Service Provider (SP) entry in Hideez Enterprise Server (HES). This establishes the trust relationship needed for SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On (SSO). This ensures that Hideez Enterprise Server (HES) recognizes Oracle Access Manager (OAM) as a valid Service Provider (SP) and allows SAML 2.0-based authentication requests.
Log in to the Hideez Enterprise Server (HES) as an administrator.
Navigate to Settings > Parameters in the left panel.
Click on the SAML widget in the right panel.
Click the "Add Service Provider" button.
Upload the SAML 2.0 metadata file exported from OAM.
Review and confirm the imported Service Provider settings.
Save the new Service Provider configuration.
