Unlock PC by RFID Touch
For Use Cases where many users can work on any PC and RFID reader is more convenient than Dongle.
For this unlock mechanism you need to have additional equipment - RFID readers.
To unlock the computer, just go to it and touch the key to the RFID reader.
Unlock by RFID touch available if such requirements are met :
Hideez Client is installed on your PC. If this is not the case, contact your Administrator, or follow this instruction.
You are added as an Employee on the HES server.
You have been assigned a key and it is in Active status.
There is an account on the Hideez Key to unlock this PC. The account must be added by the Administrator on HES and be the primary account.
An administrator has turned on the option "Has RFID" for this PC.

You unlock the PC by touching the key to the RFID reader
You work on PC
You stop working, get away from the PC at a sufficient distance.
PC is blocked by proximity.
If the Hideez Key device has not yet been used with the Hideez Client App, then the first time you need to pair Hideez Key with Dongle. During pairing, Hideez Key periodically blinks (lights up) with a green LED. To confirm, you need to perform a short press on the button. Watch the video.
If you don’t click on the button within 15 seconds, the pairing will not take place and the Hideez Client App will not be able to work with Hideez Key. To re-pair, you must re-execute a long tap.
Important conditions
Only the device of the session user can lock the workstation.
Session user - is the user that opened the current session, i.e. logged into Windows account.
