How to recover a forgotten admin password?

To restore the administrator password, you need to:

Step 1

Click “Forgot your password?” on the login page

Step 2

Enter the e-mail address of the administrator.

Step 3

Open the email and follow the link in the received email to reset the password.

Step 4

Enter a new password, confirm the password, save the changes.

It is not recommended to use the [e-mail] account because you will not be able to recover a forgotten password by email. Create your own account with the correct email address.
