Hideez Mobile Authenticator – PC unlock

To unlock your computer, follow these steps:

1. Launch the Hideez Mobile Authenticator app and authenticate using the PIN code or biometrics of your phone.

2. Scan the QR code via opened scanner.

If you have one account saved for this computer

You will be prompted to unlock your computer. Tap Unlock.

If you have several accounts

You will be asked to choose from existing ones for this computer. After choosing the account you need, you will be prompted to unlock the computer. Tap Unlock.

If you do not have accounts for this computer

You will be prompted to create an account. Click on the "+" in the upper right corner. Add an account to unlock your computer. Select an account type and enter the required data. Save the data.

Note! For a domain account, in addition to the name and password, you must specify the domain name.

You will be prompted to unlock the computer with your newly created account. Tap Unlock.
