User Guide for Hideez Enterprise Solution

If you use Hideez Key without other Hideez products, it can be used as a key for FIDO2 and U2F authentication.

If you use Hideez Enterprise Solution comprehensively, then you can use 2 types of Security Vaults:

• Hardware Vault - Hideez Key

• Software Vault - Hideez Mobile Authenticator

However, Hideez Key can still be used as a key for FIDO2 and U2F authentication.

To use the comprehensive Hideez Enterprise Solution, the Hideez Client application must be installed on your computer.

If the application is not installed, then contact the Administrator or follow this instruction.

Here is a list of the main features of Hideez Client (Windows desktop application) + Hideez Key (Hardware Vault):

• Use of access to accounts that were created for you and recorded on Hideez Key

• Creating and editing accounts that were created by yourself - private accounts (accounts for access to sites and applications)

• Unlocking a computer by Proximity

• Unlock Computer by Bluetooth

• Key for Physical doors

Here is a list of the main features of Hideez Client (Windows desktop application) + Hideez Mobile Authenticator (Android / iOS mobile application):

• PC Login via your Biometric Sensor on the Smartphone First Setup for Android / First Setup for iOS

• One Smartphone can store many Accounts for many PCs
