How to recover a forgotten admin password?

To restore the administrator password, you need to:

Step 1

Enter your email address on the login page and click Next.

Step 2

Click Forgot your password? on the login page.

Step 3

Check the e-mail address of the administrator and click Confirm.

Step 4

Open the email and follow the link in the received email to reset the password.

Step 5

Enter a new password, confirm the password, and save the changes.

It is not recommended to use the admin@server account because you will not be able to recover a forgotten password by email. Create your own account with the correct email address.
