# Summaries

#### **Report by days and employees**

Go to the appropriate section **Audit -> Summaries -> By days and employees** to view the report. 

Log table fields:

* Date - Date
* Employee, company, department - information about the employee (employee name, company, department)
* Workstations Count - the number of computers that are unlocked using keys tied to a specific employee
* AVG Sessions Duration - the average employee session duration
* Sessions Count - number of employee sessions
* Total Sessions Duration - total duration of all sessions

#### **Report on Employees**

Go to the appropriate section **Audit -> Summaries -> By employees** to view the report.

Log table fields:

* Employee, Company, Department - information about the employee (employee name, company, department)
* Workstations Count - the number of computers that are unlocked with keys tied to a specific employee
* Working Days Count - the total number of calendar days when the employee used the computer
* Total Sessions Count - total number of sessions
* Total Sessions Duration - total duration of sessions
* AVG Sessions Duration - average session duration
* AVG Sessions Count Per Day - average number of sessions per day
* AVG Working Hours Per Day - average hours worked per day

#### **Report on Departments** 

Go to the appropriate section **Audit -> Summaries ->** **By departments** to view the report.

Log table fields:

* Company, Department -  information about the employee (company, department)
* Employees Count - number of employees
* Workstations Count - the number of computers that are unlocked with keys tied to department employees
* Total Sessions Count - total number of sessions
* Total Sessions Duration - total duration of sessions
* AVG Sessions Duration - average session duration
* AVG Total Duration by Employee - average total session duration per employee
* AVG Total Sessions Count by Employee - average total number of sessions per employee

#### **Report on Computers** 

Go to the appropriate section **Audit -> Summaries ->** **By workstations** to view the report.

Log table fields:

* Workstation - computer name
* Employees Count - number of keys
* Total Sessions Count - total number of sessions
* Total Sessions Duration - total duration of sessions
* AVG Sessions Duration - average session duration
* AVG Total Duration by Employee - average total session duration per employee
* AVG Total Sessions Count by Employee - average total number of sessions per employee
